Who We Are
We’re a nonprofit 501(c)3 Life Plan Community— or continuing care retirement community— that provides exemplary housing, amenities, health care and aging services to senior adults. Tel Hai (meaning the ‘Hill of Life’ in Hebrew) is a vibrant, diverse and close-knit community with a long-standing reputation of providing exceptional, mission-inspired service.
Who We Serve
As a full-service continuing care retirement community, our job is to meet the expectations of the residents who call Tel Hai ‘home’. Residents have chosen to pursue a community-based retirement lifestyle surrounded by friendly neighbors and exceptional team members. They’re seeking a fun, active and engaging retirement experience, and it’s our job to deliver!
