As a full-service continuing care retirement community, our job is to meet the expectations of the residents who call Tel Hai ‘home’. Residents have chosen to pursue a community-based retirement lifestyle surrounded by friendly neighbors and exceptional team members.  They’re seeking a fun, active and engaging retirement experience, and it’s our job to deliver!

As team members, we serve a variety of customers throughout the day including:

• Family members, loved-ones and visitors of residents
• Community members, vendors and business partners

We’re all about meeting our customer’s expectations by providing great service no matter where or how the interaction happens.  From a warm greeting in a hallway to serving a cup of coffee just how a resident likes it… each team member is an important piece of our puzzle.
